Scope of Processed Data

Depending on the type of service and the method of contact, we process the following categories of personal data:

• Identification data — first name and surname
• Contact data — phone number, email address, correspondence address
• Invoice data — company name, NIP (tax ID), business address
• Vehicle data — make, model, registration number, VIN, mileage, repair history
• Payment data — selected payment method and transaction status
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device information, cookies
• Image — CCTV recordings on the Service Center premises

Payment card data and online payment authentication data are processed exclusively by the payment operator — ING Bank Śląski S.A. (the ING Pay payment system). The Service Center does not have access to this data and does not store it.

Data Retention Period

Your personal data will be stored in the database throughout the entire period of business operations, unless you request its deletion.
