Pricing Principles

The cost of a repair depends on the scope of work, the prices of replacement parts, and the time needed to perform the service, which is why we price every order individually. Before starting a repair, we prepare a cost estimate and present it for approval — we begin work only after it has been approved by the Customer. Every repair exceeding 1000 zł gross (incl. VAT) requires written email confirmation.

The prices below are minimum prices ("from") or fixed fees. Gross prices include VAT (23%); VAT (23%) must be added to net prices.

Individually Priced Services

We price the following services individually based on a cost estimate presented to the Customer for approval before work begins:

• Periodic inspections
• Mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs
• Complete wheel alignment and geometry adjustment
• Full air conditioning system service
• Tire service and new tire sales
• Accident repairs and cashless accident damage settlement
• Roadside assistance
• Chip tuning and dynamometer testing
• Replacement parts sales

Additional Fees

Accepted Payment Methods

Payments for services can be made:

• In cash
• By payment card (Visa, Mastercard)
• By bank transfer to the indicated account
• By BLIK
• By electronic wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay

Online payments are handled by the ING Pay payment system, operated by ING Bank Śląski S.A. Online transactions are made via payment links that we send to the Customer by email or SMS message. Detailed payment rules are set out in the Service Terms and Conditions (§7).
